Ours is a time of technology, change and the destruction of everything. Few seem to be taking this harder than the coddled Apple blogosphere.
I realize they have possessed the lion’s share of smirking, sponsorships, and swipes for the past decade, but ever since Steve died the finger-wagging assurances of superiority and the insufferable preening over — the details — has been repeatedly, verifiably revealed to be false. Empty promises, failed products, and tired exhortations about…the future!
The next iPhone!
The next iPad!
The next Apple Watch!
But today’s Apple, corporate Apple, Microsoft Apple, has failed too many too often too soon. The magic is gone. The delight is over. Apple is now everything the Apple blogosphere once told us was bad.
And this has made them all batshit crazy. Or so it seems.
As Microsoft gets its cool, Google innovates, Facebook commands, and Amazon devours, Apple becomes your father’s Chevrolet.
Guys, it’s just not that cute anymore.
Time to let go.
Stop making it weird.

I know! Let’s check out Loop Insight for our insightful, actionable Apple news!
