Apple. The iPad will no longer have the market to itself.
Microsoft. No want wants Windows based tablets.
Blackberry. Their PlayBook will have to compete against iPad, Android tablets, Microsoft. And it still isn't available.
Intel. Intel inside? Not so much.

Yes. Streaming iTunes plus iTunes rentals and purchases for movies and television will put Netflix out of business.
No. iTunes in the cloud will be a Netflix competitor, but the two will co-exist.
Not a chance. Netflix will continue to lead this market.
