Lisbon

I would like to visit Lisbon. Til I began researching the city I had little interest. I expected the city to be the middle child of Old Europe's great cities. In fact, while I don't know what they can do to increase their youth population -- other than open borders and immigrant-friendly policies -- Lisbon scored far higiher across most categories than I had originally assumed.
