My bad. I saw a headline, Mobile Trends 2020, and got excited. Then saw it was a powerpoint and, against my good judgment, clicked anyway.
Apparently, a bunch of people that should know these things tell us their 5 trends we should see in mobile communications by 2020.
Problem: their thinking is linear.
Issue: reality is not.
I'd like to think that my predictions, trends, assumptions and decrees -- the Great Leveling -- all enabled by the smartphone are not just wise, informative, provocative -- and correct. I'd like to think that they enable you to begin to comprehend how utterly destructive, how utterly non-linear (!) this next decade will be.
